HDFC Bank,Cheating by bank

Cheating case by HDFC bank Ref-Credit Card no.4346781014936991 Credit card has been offered for paying Mediclaim policy(Health Suraksha policy no.51141750/51141322 & Sarv Suraksha Advantage policy no. 51141751/51141323) HDFC Ergo General INP:02,00000474 for Rs.11042 Payment commited to be collected in cash. Initially two plolicies has been made instead of one.Still we do not know which one was active.Executives visited in this connection told that other policy has been cancelled no cancellation letter was forwarded. The payment of policy has been taken in cash but this has been taken through credit card no. 4346781014936991.due amount has been taken in different lots.whatever amount has been asked by executive that has been paid total paid by now rs. 12966.Even than many charges has been lodged as per credit card statement such as Late fees,Cess tax,Financial charges,Service tax,Finance charges -retail,overlimit fees etc.

Lot of Mental torture and harrasement by making various calls for making this fradulant amount of INR 30,000/- and finally Rs 30,000/- has been attached or withdrawn fron HDFC bank account no. 09222020001812 branch HDFC bank,Plot no. -2,LSC,Mandawali Fazalpur,Patpar Ganj,new Delhi -92.Because of this many Cheques given to different parties has been bounced incurring Monetary loss and unrepairable loss of credit/reputaion in business and market.Moreover loan application has been cancelled.

1-Letter of settlement/no dues certificate from HDFC bank 2-Appology letter by HDFC bank. 3-Refund of 30,000/- rs which is hold/withdrawn in HDFC Bank account no. 09222020001812 4-Suitable penalty minimum Rs.30,000/- on bank and to be credited to us on account of mental harrasement and physical fitigue due to this fradulant behaviour by mediclaim and credit card divisions of bank.
