When I was about to complete my HDFC Auto Insurance above person approached me and provided me a quote for insurance which was Rs:8600 for an IDV of Rs:4,70,000/-, adding to that they said they dont haev to inspect the vehicle as they would complete the policy with in earlier policy end date. I have transferred money as they requested. But, they did not provide me the Insurance for my vehicle even though i made continues calls following up about my policy. Later after a couple of weeks they come up saying they need to inspect vehicle to complete policy. we agreed to it although it was not in agreed terms. Even after the inspection they did not provide me insurance. After a month they come back again to me saying they have sent wrong quote so i have to Rs:1960/- for the same policy, I agreed even to that and paid them rest amount. after that also they didnt complete the policy. after continues calls to them for couple of weeks they turned up again saying they have to re inspect the vehicle, again i agreed to them, and requested them to complete the policy at least after that inspection. They completed the inspection but didnt complete the policy even after that. Again i kept calling them for 3 weeks, and then they lastly completed the policy but with incorrect IDV(4,01,000) to what they have promised(4,70,000). I have been trying to reach them since i received that but no response. So I request you to please do justice to me

My expectations from them: Completion of policy with 4,70,000 IDV as per the initial quote as first priority. They should return back extra money what have charged after initial agreement 1960/- as next priority, They should pay me compensation for putting me in lot of trouble (Mental distraction)from past 4 months by not completing the policy as next priority. Please reach me further details regards to same.
