last year i had procured a young star life insurance plan(policy#15980397)from hdfc life insurance company,indore with an annual premium of rs 15000/-.when i received the policy docs i found that it included the proposal form which i had not filled up and my signatures on the form were forged.when i raised this to the insurance company firstly they dragged the matter and when i followed up with them they told me to prove that signatures on proposal form were not mine by submitting two signature proofs of mine while i had already submitted my signature proof along with proposal form
as i had invested in equity option of the ulip i claim for return @ 21%(equivalent of 1 yr return on nifty) on my investment along with principal amount invested plus rs 10,000/- towards the harassment which i have faced from the company
