overview I’m Yogesh kumar my contract no. (51569555). I had wrong commitment by (Mr. Arush Dixit, office:91-9311227904, personal:91-8287647xxx) he told me; he is an employee of Reliance life insurance company ltd. He said company is offering some loan amount to me. When I asked why I am getting this benefit, he said bcz I have vehicle policy so that only some lucky person is getting. Company benefit is wanted to save their income tax 2013 financial year. Even won’t charge any single amount in terms of rate of interest. Process and faith 1st of all have to give a cheque of Rs. 100000/- in favor of (Reliance life insurance company ltd.) then they will login my file for loan. They wanted respective amount bcz company has policy and will check am capable to pay further premium. For all this i will take a policy only for formality. They will take cheque name of company (Reliance Life Insurance company Ltd.) it’s such a big and trusty company. There is no point of any small farad. He told me it’s totally depends on my end 1st will receive agreement and everything would be printed on the paper loan amount T&C. others benefits too. If everything accordingly as suggested I have to sign the doc. and send back to company how soon I’ll complete this process then will early get loan amount. Wrong commitments 1. will get 10Lk Rupee loan behalf of Life Insurance policy and have to pay back only loan amount not policy. 2. Will take 30-45 days for process, there would be no process fees. 3. Advised me to do not discuss this matter with anyone, if do might be loan application get rejected. 4. If premium will be delayed, would get 3 months grace period. when i requested for the meeting person says 2mro he is going mumbai and will be back after 20days. then again fly for next 15days. post this he’ll be meet and direct effect loan process. he said his office is in CP delhi. Verification For the clarity once I contacted Rlife customer care and verified all stuff, got informed person is telling a lie and no-one policy has huge benefits. The same I forward Mr. dixit. He simply told me company people want to make their point will get advantage hence they do not give beneficial info to client. last three days he is not taking my calls and when contact to company they denied such loan and other benefits. I’m totally surprised how people is taking big company names and doing farads. Although company is not taking serious action for stoping these. in terms of proof, i have recording of all conversation. if needed i can show any time. one recording is uploaded here. i would get compensation for teasing and farad. also will not do again with any.
