HDFC Life Insurance – Poor Customer Care

I have Applied for HDFC Life Insurance term plan and submitted the full premium as per process and also uploaded the desired documents. Post applying on 13th May 2015 till now I am following up for medical tests and also asking for update but people are just talking about internal processes and not confirming anything on final dates for medical test by mail or letter though they have confirmed twice on dates of 22nd May and 30th May but nothing happened.
Economic loss is the interest lost on the money for 3 weeks without having the cover and lot of mental agony. when i call they keep on saying write a mail or follow up on call.
