Elmwood Cadbury King Bed – Furniture broke

I bought a bed Elmwood Cadbury King Bed Chestnut (NC271HA81BCOINDFUR-20650) order # JM02944 from Fab Furniture on 15th march 2015.On 23rd March the bed got delivered at my house. After 15-20 days when my kid was sleeping on it it broke from the middle. I called up the fab furniture they told me that they will be sending some technician.After making so making calls and writing n number of emails the technician arrived as told me that there is the problem with the kind of wood which was used( some gaath wali wood)he made me speak to one of his team member where he said the bed will be replaced in 3-4 working days.But it took 20 days n number of emails and calls the bed was picked up from my house.I am still waiting for the new bed and today got a mail stating that i will get the repaired bed not a new piece.Also i have told them to either return my entire amount or give me a new bed after doing a proper quality check.

Need to get the entire amount refund asap.Now do not want even the replacement. Most unprofessional company.
