Respected Sir/Madam, Respectfully it is submitted about the complaint is that I Feroz Khan, booked a room in Hotel acacia in, jaipur from 04/05/2014 to 08/05/2015 through makemytrip.com on 01/05/2014 (Booking Reference No. NU2H7031937113619 ), But on 02/05/2015 I cancelled the above booking through makemytrip customer care. For refund amount purpose I Almost call to customer care representative 3-4 months continuously and every time customer care representative ask the same problem and at the end they give assurance that my refund amount will credit into your account with 3-4 days, in this connection I communicate through mail also and visited makemytrip Head Office in gurgaon and same reply from them that your refund will credit within 3-4 days. Sir almost 01 years is completed but my amount not yet credited into my account. In this connection I also wrote a letter to the Makemytrip Head Office, Gurgaon (Indian Speed Post NO. EE427382967IN DTD 17/02/2015), but they have not replied anything. Sir I request you that please resolve my problem immediately as they are not cooperating to me anyway.

Please refund my amount immediately
