Myself Alavudeen and my Policy No. 15349014. My premium was deducted in my credit card without my knowledge. I want to know, who had authorized the bank for deduction ?. 1) Because i registered this policy number for smart pay. But HDFC credit card division refused that this payment was not done through smart pay. 2) i didn’t authorize HDFC life to deduct in my credit card. So let me know the mode of payment done. i.e., through smart pay option or by auto debit from my credit card. This query was raised through query number ‘HDFCSL=001-289-947’ and it was not addressed properly. No response from HDFC Life, even after several mails. Regards S. Alavudeen
