Lenovo – Faulty product denied of replacement

1. From the very first day the laptop had a defect. I requested for a replacement. But now i have been denied of a product replacement!! My laptop had an issue with the keyboard and the touch pad. When i had asked for a product replacement the company sent a part replacement? The engineer who visited my house at the first place diagnosed the machine and without saying anything and without my permission opened up the whole laptop and replaced the touch-pad. Then he said that the keyboard could have been corrected even without opening the laptop and the touch pad was faulty which i have replaced. And because of this reason i have been denied of a replacement now. They say that you should have asked the engineer not to make the part replacement as you would like to go for a complete product replacement. What is this??!! I mean that when i had intimated the company clearly in my email that i want a complete product replacement then why did they even send the engineer with a new part?? 2. The issues are still there with the laptop with some additional issues introduced by your service. The keys of the touch pad make loud and unusual sounds. Every time i use the one-key recovery i need to install all the drivers again which is very irritating and time consuming. I don’t want this. the stickers on the laptop have come off after the first service. the engineer gave them to me and asked me to kindly paste them again myself. Even the laptop has slowed down and its fan also makes a sound on start-ups now. 3. I have been harassed a lot mentally by the executives of the company. I all the emails with me as a proof. So, i want to file for mental harassment as well. Apart from this, being a student i have suffered a lot because of Lenovo. My studies and my health has suffered a lot. An hour minimum every time on calls to the customer care and hours wasted by the engineer’s visit with no results in the end. In addition to this, the engineer’s unscheduled visits to my house and even after informing through my email they call in my working hours which is very disturbing!!

i want my money back or at least my laptop replaced with a new, unused and a laptop that has not yet been unbowed. apart from this i want to file for 1 lakh rupees mental harassment against the company.
