Dear All, I wish to bring to your kind notice the fraudulent practice & request your interference in the following matter of my FD Investment which is sold me by Hdfc Securities Ltd for Hdfc Life. In the Year 2010 August, I wanted to invest in FD of Hdfc Ltd which HDFC Securities was distributing as the Corporate Agent, as I am the Customer of HDFC Bank / Hdfc Sec. The Employee of Hdfc Sec Mr. Bilal Bhat , Surendra Kesari came to visit me on behalf of Hdfc & gave me a Fd which I will have to pay for 5 years , after which I will get my money which I have invested. After 3 years I wanted to redeem my money but Mr. Bilal Bhat stopped me saying this is not the right time to withdraw the money I should keep invested.
After 5 and half years when I went to redeem my money, I was told by Hdfc that I will only get Rs 25 lac against the original investment of 40 lacs, after which I learn that instead of term investment they have given me a Insurance Policy name Saving Assurance Plan In mean while When I approached the Md and Ceo Mr. Amitabh Chaudhry to meet me he said he don’t like to meet customer & as there is no point in meeting a customer , his team will contact & meet me. After which Mr. Amit Dave & Mr. Manish Pathak came to meet me & they said, after we discussed that how the investment was sold they said it looks like the case of mis selling and we will speak to management and will give you an exit route. After 10 days I have received the massage from Mr. Manish Pathak that I should keep investing the amount in the said investment which is advisable from them. After I found that there is a fraud in the selling of this Investment , there was huge commission which was paid from Hdfc Life to Hdfc Securities & also they were given a overseas trip to Tashkent to following Person on selling of a this Investment BILAL BHAT SURENDRA KESARI The Details can be verified from the passport of the given person & the records available in Hdfc Sec & Hdfc Life. Also would like to call for all the complaints which are received by IRDA & Hdfc Life.
