Dear Sir,

Recently (20 Days Back) i have purchased Lenova S650 Mobile Phone through Snap Deal, I have facing Lot of Problems in the Handset, Back / Return Button Not Working & Also Any icons right side of the Touch Screen Not Working

Battery life is very less if have rechage the Battery more than 8hours The life of the battery will be not more than 1 hour I have not use the Hand set due to battery back up problem

Kindly replace the Handset & issue the new Handset immediately
