Hi Sir/Mam, I had an HDFC Silver Credit Card, whose final payment was made in March 2014, I received a receipt for it which was taken from me 2nd day stating that it is required for an NOC. I have been waiting for the recipt but neither my name was removed from CIBIL, nor i have received my NOC. The person “Vinod and Kanishka Sharma” Vinod – 09212-158-XX7 is ignoring my calls and messages. And number for kanishka is switched off. Please help me out.

I had to take money from my friend to pay them as My wife was in hospitle delivering my baby. I notified the person but they did’t listen and started calling my family. Since it was an emergency, i had to take gold lone and from friends. But HDFC has not removed my name from CIBIL, so i was unable to apply for any credit card or personal loan. My life has become a mess. Customer service is not giving my card number and bank is not helping me out stating that recovery team is different. They are not giving.
