Dear Sir, My name is Shyamal Mondal. For the last four years, I am using Kent water purifier, model-pearl. On 18 September 2013, my AMC has been renewed and is valid till 17th September 2014. Since the renewal, there has been no visit of your servicemen for the maintenance of my purifier. Since the last couple of days, the purifier was not performing at its best. Today, unexpectedly it stopped functioning. When the service center was called first, a lazy and rude reply , which was not at all expected from a company like KENT, was given. Later, when called a few more times, at last a serviceman came. However, his service was very dysfunctional and it came to very less advantage of mine. He did not change any apparatus nor did he fix the purifier properly. Due to this hasty and disorganized work, we had to suffer a lot. The purifier only managed to give half liter of water per hour, which is very not expected. Moreover, the water had a reek smell from it and also the water was hard, unlike before. Doubts have raised in my mind whether he, instead of fixing it, deteriorated my machine. Thus, I would like to lodge a complain regarding the unpleasant behavior of your man at the service center and also about the low skills of your serviceman. Above that, in the whole year since my renewal, no serviceman came to my house for the mandatory service where I was supposed to be awarded with at least 2 services during the year. I would like to aware the authorities concerned to look into this matter so that in future, me or any other customers doesn’t have to face such a problem. I would also strongly like a serviceman, with experience and high quality skills to be sent at my home at the earliest time possible. A copy of my contract renewal has been attached.
