Suddenly I could find on (1st September) that services on my mobile (7666482xxxx) is debarred. I am not able to make any call – whenever I am trying to make any calls it is saying – “Please contact our customer care to resume your service”. Now whenever I am trying to talk to customer care representatives, it is getting routed to the plans and offers only – probably they is no way to talk to the customer care representatives.

I want my services to be resumed as soon as possible. As per the RTI Act, Reliance should make a way for the customers to talk to the customer care representatives. Due to this inconvenience I want a compensation Rs 1000.00
