HDFC Standard life Insurance Co – Miss- selling Policy & miss-communication towards the customer

Respected Sir, Your support is required to resolve my long pending case regarding refund of Investment against Policy with HDFC Standard life Insurance Co. Complete detail regarding my policy are given below for your ref- Name (Policy holder)- Gajender Singh Policy no – 11557887, Client-id – 52925109 (Young star Suvidha) Investment date and amount- Invested 17thJan-2008, Rs 50,000. Organization Name – HDFC Standard life Insurance Co My Concern points- · Policy sold to me as single premium on 17th Jan-2008 by HDFC employee (Parveen Chundawat,Shalini Edwin ) mail address :Praveen.Chundawat@hdfcbank.com]- This was miss- selling & miss-communication towards the customer. · I had been chasing him/her for a long time for policy documents/bonds against that Investment but I have not got any proper response from him/her and also not received the policy bond. I tried reaching him/her regarding the Policy document several times. As per him/her policy bond will send to me but I have not received any document/s regarding that. It is fraud and irresponsible from reputed organization employee. · Case escalated with HDFC for resolution at every level.(first complaint registered with hdfc on 20th Dec-2010). HDFC team closed the case on conducting an internal assessment and said it was not a miss sale. I am not satisfied with the response of HDFC. I have done so many voice call/mails/complaints letter hard copy, reminder to HDFC.for solves my case. Still disappointed from HDFC level-1. Sir finally I am raising my voice to you for solution and help to resolve my case- Refund of Invested amount (Rs-50,000) from HDFC.
