Sun Digital TV – system failure they deducted double amount poor service and cheats

Dear Sir/Mam, I want to inform you that I am an old customer of Sun Direct DTH. My Smart card no. is 41233292717, on the date of 22/01/2014 i recharged my account. I purchased a channel for 01 month named SONY SIX via calling them. that time they activated this channel but dua to their system failure they deducted double amount and say by technical failure this happens, but they register my complaint and solved it and i got my extra money that by mistake. But after 01 day they cut that SONY SIX off again saying its being reactivated that why you will not see channel. Sir I have already paying for this channel from 22 Jan. 2014 but unable to watch particular channel, when i call their customer care they registered my complaint and want 48 hours to resolve this way im gonna be cheated at all. they wash my mind thoroughly out. They paid me from the day i ordered it but i was not able to watch that channel. I want my days of validity back of that days when i was not able to watch. Please help me Sir. This way they cheat their consumer and their rights.

I want fast service and delay will be fulfilled by they encountered our validity.
