I have got the call from fraud health Insurance company. They offered one year preventive health checkup visits. and also offered these services are avail in all network hospital.i had purchased that policy and after that convenience for two year extension. but now they not providing any service and also close their website and call center.

I want to cancel the policy and refund my money.they even not providing the bill copy of that.
