I purchased a reliance jio 4g sim on 23.08.2016 and it is not activated yet and there is no reply given from the jio company. Peoples who got the sim after me are using it and also got a verification message but i had not got it. My jio sim no is 70178 35540 my phone is j5 as authorized for preview offer.. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

Sir, I have bought jio sim on 23/08/2016 but it is not activated till now nor it is registering to sim network. I have bought it for my two MI REDMI NOTE 3. My jio sim no. is 70143 95355 & 7014 395356. Please sir do something regarding to my complain as soon as possible.
