i m an airtel customer for many years.. two days back they cut Rs 40 for as hello tune charges which i never asked for, when i spoke to the customer care number he told me that i will get a refund in 4 hours which i never got till today. then again today they cut Rs 135 as six months subscription for hello tunes which i never asked for, when i called up customer care they were insisting i had asked for it..this is cheating a customer..i want all my money back from airtel..my number is 9890418643
