Sir, I am MEERAN .P.M from Perumbavoor. Ph:9995310658. I brought a Hero Honda NXG (KL 40F 1703) from Standard Motors, Perumbavoor in 19-11-2011. It does not have any complaint after 2 services. But after two services there is a leakage in petrol tank and the km cable broken 3 times. Now km cable is fine but the petrol leakage is still remain. After 3rd servicing they do something and made a bil for that. To complaint this I am trying to contact with the office in Eranakulam(PH:0484-2350705,2374912,2374503). The phone is ringing but no one atend my call. When I call sometimes this no is busy. During 5ti servicing I am told to them to modify the leakage the carburator should be replace. But they do not replace the carburator and does not clean the petrol filter and petrol tank. They told to me, the carburator contains waste particles. Petrol tank and filter cleaned my self. I am trying to inform this carelesnes and please solve my problems.. Faithfully MEERAN P M
