I purchased an insurance from Star Health Insurance on 09 Jan 2013, on line, through their executive named Mr Jitendra. Due to server error, payment got made twice and two policies were issued in the name of Mr RajKumar (my father-in law).Details are as follows : Policy Number: P/700002/01/2013/008499 Policy Start Date: January 10, 2013 Policy End Date: January 09, 2014 Premium Amount: Rs. 5000/- AND Policy Number: P/700002/01/2013/008504 Policy Start Date: January 10, 2013 Policy End Date: January 09, 2014 Premium Amount: Rs. 5000/- It was complained immediately by mail to jitendra.prasad@easypolicy.com. Till date, a no of reminder mails and calls have failed to get the refund upon cancellation of on e policy. Kindly intervene.
