My father S.Gurmail Singh purchasing Hero Maestro silver color from Dhruv Automobile. Baldev Nagar. Ambala City. through C.S.D on last year(june’14). next day we found quality issue in scooter. handle is lightly twisted. my father visited next day from the date of purchasing and dealer say this is the last piece in showroom and check the problem. company change complete handle. after changing the handle problem is still same. handle is slightly twisted in one side. his Tyre tube till time in dealer showroom. because Tyre tube also faulty. tube cut on 1 side without using scooter. from day one starting problem is also main issue. this issue not resolved till time. both me and my father working out of station. and we have no time to daily go dealer showroom regarding same issue for last so many month. dealer also harassed my father and told loudly you go anywhere and lodge complaint anywhere. but in the end you have no option. company is harassed customer by selling faulty product. every time we visited dealer showroom but return home without any solution. scooter run only 4000 till time. dealer take no interest to solve customer problem. we lodge so so many complaint at Dhruv Automobile but not a single resolved. please help us my father is retired from army he contribute whole life in serving other people. and other harassed us by selling faulty product. please see till time company change complete handle and tube tyre also in dealer showroom.

Either Company repair completely or replace with new one.
