I and my wife have been calling tata sky several time. But they put my phone call on hold for 8 mins, 12 mins, etc every time we call. They have an automated system of getting a call back, I opted for it but never got a response. Some how today some one called from mobile no and enquired. In the enqury when I asked for confirmation this rep was again not sure. He assured me to call back in 10 mins but asusual no response. I called him back but again no response. I pay for services and from last few days I am not able to utilize services as I have shifted home and tata sky is non responsive.I miss on various things and at the same point of time loose money also due to non responsive behavior of tata sky. Not sure till when I will have to wait. My and my wife’s call record to tata sky can be checked as proof.

Immediate response. Compensate due harassment. These days of non usage of service due to tata sky should not be debited.
