Myself S.Prabakaran,I had booked a ticket from Tirunelveli to Chennai in Kallada travels multi axle bus for the date : 30/03/2015 in 10:30 pm bus in the seat no:F1. I started my journey in that bus but around 11:30 the bus was stopped suddenly.When inquired the driver said there is fault in engine and bus wont move further. When asked about the alternate source,he said, i have said to head office and they are arranging for other bus.But no one replied from head office properly. I had my flight next day from Chennai to kolkata on 11:30 am. They didn’t arrange any bus till 2:00 am of the next day,all the passengers were struggling. Lastly after a long argument with the driver and the next bus come at 4:00 am of the next day morning. I was sure that i couldnit catch my flight to kolkata (PNR No:G5P1PC) by travelling in this bus as we were standing near Kovilpatti till 4:00 am. There was no other option for me,I took the morning flight from Tuticorin to Chennai on 31/03/2014.

My financial loss has to be recovered from the party(KALLADA TRAVELS) Rs 6574 For my mental pressure and health problem as i havent sleeped some amount has to be recovered from the party. In total i need an amount of Rs 10000
