Herohonda – Clutch plate battery issue no proper service

I have Purchase my bike on 26th april 2012 from nagappa motors chennai. As I use to stay in the other area Adyar Motors service was nearer to me. i have been doing My servicing for the bike on time.the records are they with the service provider too. The Service center have never take my request seriouly due to which few majors have been changed.i.e.Clutch plate and the battery. Adding to the pain the company website dont have a customer complainant column. Need a proper reply from Hero moto corp. as who is reponsible for the loss and why they dont have a complainant column in the website. and they is not working

I need a reply and proper servicing should be done for the all the customers as we pay handsome amount of money for every servicing we do
