I have purchased Croma Portable AC 1.5 T, CRAC1186 on 25/06/2014, which was delievered on 26/06/2014 and installed. Within 2 hours I noticed that there is no uniform cooling within room as assured by sales parson Mr. Suraj in Croma Retail Shop. Its just working like Air Cooler. In front of that cooling is there but other area of room are still warm. Within 2 hours I have complained to Croma Store but their response was poor also they are not ready to take back that unit.They have given me Phone no. of Croma store – 02266233xxx, which is not working and also no body turned up to look the unit. Also they have given me demonstration of this portable AC in centralized air conditioned area where temperature is already maintained so that I am not able to understand cooling capacity and working of this 1.5 T Croma Portable AC

I want them to take back this AC unit and give me Splitt AC unit of some other good company. Difference in amount I will pay.
