split a/c not functioning properly. within warranty. after lot of follow up last month repair was done.but again the functioning is poor. complaint lodged 3 days back. still no representative has turned up to check what the complaint is let alone repairing

immediate repair and claim for damages for business being affected at least a token amount of Rs.5000/ to make the company realise their obligations under warranty
