Hewlett Packard – Defective product Supply

Firstly we purchased the above mentioned HP product on 01/07/2014. When we got the product there was an internal display issue which we submitted to the company. The company then delivered the other piece (as they say it as new).Then when we started the other product after a week or so that piece again showed the same display problem. The display was going on blank. Then we registered the complain to HP helpdesk on 17/07/2014 with complain number 4732616934. And as today is 14/08/2014 till today the repaired or exchanged product is not with me. When we call them they say they haven’t got the RECOVERY CD with them. And as per the warranty terms the product is to be replaced with a new product but they are refusing for the same. I haven’t still used my product and its near about 2 months when I have purchased. My work depends on that product its 2 months I have suffered due to the same. Please look into the matter at the earliest

We do not want to deal anymore with Hewlett Packard . We want our Refund of the bill amount Croma invoice no. SLF02A090010015938 DATED 01/07/2014
