Xolo Mobile – Not charging issue no service

On 23 June 2014,I submitted my Xolo Q1000 at Xolo Service Care due to the problem of not charging,Work Order No. 310000551883.The person at care inform that it has to be sent to factory but he didn’t sent it till 02/07/2014 and on 04/07/2014 he gave me the work order no. and on that he mentioned several problems of my phone like no display which was not earlier. I call customer care several times about the problem but not a single time I get satisfactory answer and still my phone is in under maintenance. With Regards, Amit Binwal

I want my cellphone back within no time and but be fully repair,if not then they should provide a new phone because it is in warranty.
