sir, i purchased a mobile battery (Karbonn A12) from www.shopclues.com, order no: 17961383 . i had receive the product on 11/08/2014. but the battery did not work on my Karbonn A12 mobile. also the battery did cot cover the original battery packing. it is a duplicate product but they wrote on website its original so i want to return the product on www.shopclues.com. it suggest me to return the product on the given site www.sopeclues.com/support but i filled all the field then i am trying the submit the form but it did not submit and the next process was not done. i am lot of trying to solve the problem but i can not did because they down the server. i called the customer care on www.shopclues.com, he told me that the company did not anything until i not submit the return form but for the busy server/ down server how can i submit the form. so kindly solve my problem. regards, ashrafur rahman ph: 09707807xxx
