Indigo – Inhuman Behavior – Charging Unnecessarily

It regarding the treatment we received from Indiigo staff. My wife was pregnant during the travel. While booking the tickets I spoke to Indigo representative and he told me that a doctor’s certificate is needed. I got the certificate from the doctor as per the details received by him but at the time of check in Indigo manager Somanna and other staff started troubling us. They told that the certificate is not correct as Doctor’s seal is not there. I was not told about it at the time of booking still I got the hospital’ seal on it. He started forcing us to get the certificate again from the Dr. available at the airport on our expenses. It went on for more than 1 hour and during this my wife was not even allowed to sit as the manager told he wont allow her to travel until we get one more certificate. Noone will risk his/ his wife’ life in danger. I hope you guys understand this fact. If i would have got the certificate again as per you manager then was Indigo ready to take any responsibility in case of any mishap? After reaching Jaipur and during the flight her health was not good because of the suffering at the airport and we had to take her to the doctor for that also i had to pay from my pocket.
