Wrong bill has applied to me. The number on which I have called and I got billed are the numbers are of HP Customer Care. HP is an International Brand who sells their computer globally that is the reason they have toll free numbers which are International Toll Free Number. I have confirmed the same with HP India team as well and they have confirmed me that these are toll free numbers. Also advised to IDEA to call HP get it confirmed if they have any doubt. Provided HP customer care numbers which are 1800 114 xxx or 30306363 Moreover, Other Telecom Service providers has already accepted the fact and gave reversal for these toll free number. As we know, all telecom service providers are governed by TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India). So the tariff rule which are applicable to other telecom service provider should be same for idea Idea is not obeying the TRAI rules and regulations and behaving stubborn way and trying to cheat me on the billing front. They have also debarred my outgoing call without providing any information on the same

Due to this, they are forcing me to pay wrong bill by disconnecting my outgoing call without taking my consensus. My official and person work is getting hampered due to the same Mentally also getting disturb a lot due to unexpected behavior from IDEA

1) Reversal of the wrong Charges they have applied in my bill 2) Immediate resume of all service of my number
