brand new laptop purchased one year ago multiple issues . has been in service center for more than 4-6 months.despite that the service center is not able to rectify the issue.

i am an electronics engg student . laptops are a vital part of our coursework and it is mandatory in the university. for the last one year i have been unable to do college work due to the faulty product. also, i am an online trader with an account on kotak mahindra securities. because of numerous problems with the laptop i have lost money.
