Lenovo mobile – Bluetooth Issues – Review

I bought a new lenovo a269i mobile smartphone on 11th April 2014 seeing the specifications and it was budget friendly. But not only was the phone very sluggish and there were following problems with the phone: (1) Bluetooth was not functioning (2) Mobile is not connecting to my Laptop. It is underwarranty and I submitted it to the local authorised service center for repair on 9th June 2014. After frequent follow up service center said that they have not got the replacement part yet hence the delay. I waited for more than a month and the response is the same. I made repeated enquiries and escalation to its ED-services. ED-services washed off his hands by just forwarding this to the suppor team. He never again bother to respond on my mails. Lenovo agreed to refund the money back for my phone.As they promised the refund I submitted all the required documents for the refund. I submitted them on 16th July 2014. Service center person said that the refund will be made in 5 days time. It is now almost ten days since I submitted the documents but I do not get any refund or response from Lenovo. I am making repeated calls to the customer care center(1860 180 3425) but the number is always busy. Same is the case with the local service center. Please help me in getting my refund on the phone. Its very frustating that first you spend your money on a product you thought would be good considering that Lenovo is a world famous brand and you don’t get a good product or customer support. I am surprised that the senior people in Lenovo do not keep up their commitments. How can anyone have trust on the organisation in this secerario. Following is the chronology of events: 1.Phone submitted for service: 09th June 2014 2. First Mail sent to Customer support: 30th June 2014 3. Followup mail sent to Custmer support:1st July 2014 4. Sent mail to Mr.Sudipto Ghosh(ED Services): 2nd July 2014 5. Mail commitment on refund of Phone: 9th July 2014. 6. Submission of all the required document for refund: 16th July 2014 In addition to above I had sent a number of followup mails.

I want refund on my mobile along with liquidated damages.
