i am not satisfied through h.p. service because when we purchase this laptop than it was creating some problem than i was call in customer care ,than he was saying that no problem in your battery after some time it will work correct ,but it was not working good than i have send msg hp main office for unit replacement but they are not changing my unit and after some day my warranty will expire, and company person was saying that we want extent end your warranty
