respected sir, this is to inform you that the corporate care of indusind bank is providing wrong information.they mentioned in the letter that i approached the branch on may 09,2013,for the renewal of my policy, but i am sending the attachment which mr.kodandaram ,sent a request mail to their higher authority,for my continuity benefit i.e on 13-april-2012, i would like to question indusind bank that if approached on may 09 2012,then why mr.kodandaram will send a request on april 13 2012. i request you to please read the attachment according to the date wise and time wise.so you can understand what had done . and i can’t able to understand why indusind bank had close my issue without prior intimation to me. so i went to the bank today and again asked for the clarification ,and questioned why you cheated me ,and guided me false. in the mail conversation it is clear that mr.krian kumar.p ,said that debit it as a fresh policy and mark a mail for continuity benefit. and mr.kodandaram did the same thing ,and i had the evidience. and till march-2013. the branch not said me that i will not get continue benefit.(after my claim rejected) according to section 3 of evidence act of 1872- an evidence can be a material or documentary. the document which i am sending to you is given by mr.kondaram,since i asked him a proof that i am getting a continuity benefit.but indusind bank simply saying that the person who assured me no more with indusind bank. i cant able to understand if a employee is no more with their bank means,will the bank is not responsible for the things done by that employee at the time of employment. since i di not got any clear clarification from the indusind bank so i went to bank today and i lodge a complaint. i request you to involve in this issue ,because only you can help me ,if you can’t means then please guide me the correct procedure that where i can be justified. please help me in this regard.and don’t let truth to die. jai hind. thanking you a.appala raju ph:8008501xxx.

i need clear explanation why indusind bank had cheated me. i need my continuity benefit, which was promised by the bank. i need my claim back. i need to receive clear information that why the induind bank cheated me.
