Hewlett Packard – not provided additional 2 year warranty

I purchased Slatebook X2 along with 2 years additional warranty from their online store. The listing for this item on their shopping site clearly mentioned a free gift namely D-link WiFi router worth Rs.8400. Before placing the order I spoke to the call centre (18001801810) and spoke to Mr. Dhiraj. He also confirmed the free item and added that I will also get complimentary Backpack. I got my Slatebook X2 but they have not provided me additional 2 year warranty (I have paid for this) and free items as per listing Dlink router and Backpack. I have written a number mails to them and called them but they are non responsive. After lots of struggle they appointed Ms. KR Sowmya as single point of contact to resolve my case. But unfortunately there is no response from this person. My ticket number with them is 4726723149? My concern is that a multinational company is attracting customer by mentioning freebies on the listing but do not supply. This is mal practice and cheating consumer.

I need HP to deliver the items as per listing and my order or take back the item already supplied with full refund to me.
