That i was purchased a shoe pair from BATA INDIA LTD, GHUMAR MANDI, LUDHIANA CST/PGST NO.27702315 TIN NO.03731005978 on 28-02-2014. That shoe damaged on 15-april-2014.

That according to the terms and condition of yours company provide warranty upto 60 days from the date of purchase.
That my shoe had been damaged before in between 60 days in warranty period. So kindly earlier replace subject for the same. I shall be highly thankful to you
