Hello Sir/Mam, My name is Naresh Sharma (mobile 9876579277) and i run a small IT company CSW Technologies. I got a broadband connection from HFCL connect. The phone number is 0172 5032097. The basic use of this connection is for internet purpose only. I paid 600 rupees for connection. The connection did’t worked properly even the very first day of installation. I called the customer care of connect several time. They were never able to solve the connection problem and now i got a bill from them for the connection which never worked. Complaint number given by hfcl connect is 13795070

I want refund of my amount with compensation for waste of my time and loss of projects due to no internet connectivity
