I had connect HFCL wifi reference 2282664-DSLS58276 which had started giving service problems from 15/12/2013, i complained many times to their customer care but could not get the solution. finally i had disconnected/surrendered my connection by paying the full bill till 15/12/2013. suddenly on 7/4/2015 i got a fake call pretending that they are calling from TIS HAZARI court and you have to pay 1190/- balance bill. i was worried and sent my person at above address with all previous communications but they did not entertain our request and i had to pay 1190/- for it.It is a clear case of harassment that telecom services utilized the name of honorable court and collecting the money .

refund of 1190 with compensation plus severe action against telecom service because they had harrassed me by claiming themselves as TIS HAZARI court lawer which was fake.
