We’ve been to this Salon & Spa for ear piercing of our 2 year little daughter, after a thorough questioning on their experience and doing it safely. But we had a terrible experience with them as they performed the task with inexperienced staff, unhygienic practices and spoilt tool ( the gun ). This led to ear infection to my daughter which is yet to fully heal.

I do not want any relied, but they should be strictly warned against their practice, false promise and not to take customers / people for granted.
