I have booked e-ticket under tatkal quota from Anand Vihar Terminal to Patna Jn on 25/12/2014 for train no 22406 (ANVT BGP G RATH). pnr no is 2200630792 and 2842331084 and 2300630865 total amount-13004 On 26 12 2014 we were informed that the train is cancelled but because of sudden death of my father we have to go to our home town by any means and that s why we were not be able to file any TDR. BUT After many reminder to irctc and other concern person to refund the ticket amount, but no body help me. so pl take action against irctc thanks with reg g.s.rai plot no 19 b brijwasi mohalla,sultanpur coloney, mehrauli new delhi 30 mno 9818090xxx

resp sir we have facing lot of money problem due to irctc my Rs 13004 thirteen thousand four blocked.so sir penalty the same amount .
