We had subscribed to an internet plan with ISHAN NETSOL which was a 4mbps plan. After 10 days of subscription, the internet speeds are either negligible or there is no internet availability. There is no customer support available and also the person who was in-charge does not pick calls. This has led to loss of business for us as we are an IT company
We have lost a minimum of 400000 of business due to lack of internet availability. Many online meetings had to be called off. Being an offshore company, all over operations are handled online and we lost a lot of work time.

We at-least need to get the deserved service and be compensated if services are not provided within a day. The service offered is far from what was agreed according to plan.
