I went on tour to Shimla and Manali recently from 21-05-2018 to 27-05-2018 with my family. I booked a travel Agent M/s Hill wonders at Shimla. He assured me to arrange my tour and provide me vehicles(Sedan type) and to show me all the sites of Shimla and Manali including Kufri and Rohtang pass. Also I deposited R. 4000/- to the operator’s Account on demand.After reaching Shimla I found that there is no vehicle arranged, I have to arrange all the vehicles of Shimla and Manali of my own.

Height is on the last day The Tour operator offered me to arrange Desire/ Etios from Shimla to manali as per
predecide agreement but sent only a Maruti-800. I somehow managed to occupy in yhat small vehicle with luggage and family. Drivr was very arrogant and started insulting and rough driving from the start,As per our agreement the Tour operator should have arranged a vehicle from Shimla tro manali for us and in between has to stop at Kullu and Manikaran forsight seeing.But the driver had a different plan. He dropped us on road with luggage after looting Rs.1500/- from us and run away with vehicle. We complained tour operator and demanded our advance back as he has done nothing for us but pushed us in trouble but the operator refused to respond. AAtleast after four hours we managed to get a vehicle and returned to Shimla without visiting Kullu and Manikran. The trip was totally spoiled and there was a mental harassment throughout the tour. I strongly demand to take action on such careless and moneyminded tour operator and help me to get compensation.
