Jio Broadband 1.5GB Data Exhausted – Issue

This is to bring to your notice that I received TWO sms messages on 5.6.218 at 11.17am & the 2nd at 11.29 am.

The sms at 11.17am stated that,”You have exhausted 90% of your high speed internet quota from Data account of MRP 399 on your Jio Number 8700017731 as on 05-JUN-18 11:17″

The sms at 11.29 stated that, “You have exhausted 100% of your high speed internet quota from Data account of MRP 399 on your Jio Number 8700017731 as on 05-JUN-18 11:29”

I may kindly be given the details of my usage on 5.6.18 which has caused by data of 100% to expire by 11.29 am when I have switched my cell phone ON at around 5.30 am and hardly consumed any form of data until then.

This is not the 1st time this has happened. I am absolutely certain that JIO is short-changing me unfairly to make their low cost plan viable or force me to buy a data booster plan. I object strongly to the manner I am be short-changed by Jio.

I am also waiting for JIO to give me the full details of my usage wherein I have consumed 1.5.GB of my quota in 6 hrs of putting my cell phone on.

I will be forced to shift to another cell phone server if this nonsense continues and I do not get a legitimate reply to my queries here in.

Pls do not be under the impression that a customer is a fool. Pls. learn to give the due respect to your customers and the service that is required to be given for the payment that he has duly paid for.

I am fed up of receiving such sms from JIO when I am hardly using hardly any form of data to be viewed in the terms of 1.5 GB. Do not force me to change my priorities to Reliance.
