Dear Sir,

I deposit a Laptop battery at 24th May 2018 to Secure Computer Service & solution for backup time with charging problem and also checked by technician of Secure Computer Service & solution.

First they told I should come with laptop again they said to kept the laptop more than 12 days after that the called me and said the laptop battery was ok it hold 20 mint charge and there is no warrantee for backup of battery. So let me know that what is meaning of warrantee of battery.

In support of my purchases bill, I am enclosing my purchases bill, deposit slip and conversation with your representative for your kind reference and review.

I need my laptop battery very urgent. So please replace my battery as early as possible to avoid harassment and my home is at a distance ( Kalyani , Nadia) and if possible send at by courier/ Post as early as possible to avoid harassment.
