Sir i have lodged washing machine complaint dated 08/12/2014 that is under warranty and i call so many times and visited so many times croma at Himalaya mall but there is no positive response from there side and till date my problem is not solved despide so many promises, you are therefore requested to take up the matter to solve my problem.

Due to not repairing of washing machine My wife and my old age mother suffered a lot since 8/12/2014 and there is daily dispute with my wife and parents.
