Not received the Coupons for 2nd year for Hindustan Times. I had made a payment of Rs 399/- through Cheque no 638763 dated 24.05.2012. the Receipt No is 285013. I had made telephonic calls and sent them emails regarding non-receipt. Now my newspaper vendor has stopped the newspaper for the non-availability of coupons

Refund of Rs 399/- towards subscription and Rs 5000/- in damages due to mental harassment and constant follow-up and getting rebukes from newspaper vendor for non-supply of coupons
