Actually icici bank issued new debit card for me but they blocked my old debit card before i received the new debit card. I have only one debit card present in icici bank and my all savings(money) are in this account. That’s the reason i was trouble like hell from the last four days for emergency money. I called customer care and they accepted that it was them mistake.They explained me that it was not possible to activate old debit card(System not allow). So I am troubling with this issue. Kindly help.

Yes, when i want money at that time i wasn’t withdrawn. I also spent around 200 rupee in customer care and physically as well as mentally harassed by this people just because i also not received appropriate answer from customer care and also branch which is located at himmatnagar,gujarat-383001.

i want back my money and still i will not receive any appropriate answer from bank then i will decide to withdraw my bank account from ICICI.
