Hindustan Unilever – Complaint about My Product

Dear Sir,/ Madam I have Purchased Pure-It Classic 3000 ltr. On date-15/08/2012 from R.K Music Center, Add.-Bahirwade Complex, Below Rupee Bank, Mumbai-Pune Road, Chinchwad, Pune-411019 my Product is Still Under Warranty period. from last two months my product is not working. so that I have complained regarding this Product to Pure-IT service center on this no 18601801000 on below date.First I Called them on Date- 06th July 2013 they told me in 48 hours I will get Service but I not get any service in given time. every time I called they told me that within 48 hours a Representative will come to my house to provide me service. I have called on following dates and I spoke with their Representative- Sr. Supervisor Mr. Sharif Shaikh, Sr. Supervisor Ms. Meenakshi 10th July 2013 13th July 2013 15th July 2013 Speek with Sr. Supervisor Mr. Sharif Shaikh 17th July 2013 Speek with Sr. Supervisor Ms. Meenakshi Yesterday also I have called them and Speek with Mr. Sharif shaikh Again he committed me to i will get service in 24 hours but still today nobody come to my house to give service. I have sent them email regarding my complaint on Date- 19th July 2013 pl ref below Mail Kind Attention:- Ms. Meenakshi / Mr. Sahrif Sheikh Dear Madam/ Sir, My Customer ID:- 1931750328 My Latest Complaint No-C1350891 My Previous Complaint No-C135101643 This is Kalyani Sarate from Pune. I am using one of your product named Pure-it. I have been complaining since 6th July, 2013 till today about Non Service to my Pure-it product. Its rainy season and water is coming to our house is bad quality so that I bought your Item as per your company advertisement. Now I have to get service my product so that I can get Pure water. But Since 6th July, 2013; I called to service center and getting answer that I will get service in next 48 Hrs. and till today no representative even call to me and not come to my house. I am also called to service center on many occasions to find out what is the problem and to get follow up on my complaint. Nobody gave me any proper answer and gave me same reply which I got it on my last call. I am so upset that such Big International company is not giving proper customer service then what is the used to take there product. I am thinking to file my complaint in Consumer Court if I am not getting service in Next 48-72 Hrs. I am very serious about it. Is company going take any responsibility if my parents or me get sick because of not drinking purified water at home? If not, then at least show some courtesy to come down and give me service about Pure-It. I am expecting firm answer on my complaint. If you guys are not able to give me proper service then just e-mail me and say NO. I will see what further action I can able to take to do what is best for me.
